“Hotel between two worlds” by Éric-Emmanuel Schmitt tells the story of how, in the state of coma, between life and death, the perspective towards life gets clearer. Towards those, who resemble gold sand in the river of the daily and are found by very few – because of chasing after the value systems of Modernity, after the pragmatism, rationalism, the clear rules of personal success. The situation gives the characters in the play a good opportunity to doubt them, make fun of them, ironize and neglect those.
